Where do you ship from?

We ship from two FDA-registered facilities right here in the United States. Every coffee order is roasted at the time of purchase — not before — so you always receive the freshest cup possible. When you order from Code 3 Rescue Coffee and Tea, your package is handled with care by people who share your commitment to service.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are roasted, packed, and shipped within 1–3 days. For US customers, standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days after dispatch — the fastest delivery experience we offer. We also ship internationally, though delivery times for orders outside the US will vary by destination and are estimated at checkout. No matter where you are, you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

Do you ship outside of the US?

Yes — Code 3 Rescue Coffee and Tea proudly ships to customers around the world! Whether you are a first responder in Canada, a military member stationed overseas, a nurse in Europe, or simply a coffee lover who believes in our mission, we are honored to fuel your day. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. We believe great coffee and a commitment to service know no borders.

Where is the coffee sourced from?

We source our certified organic beans from small, ethical farms across premier coffee-growing regions including Central and South America, East Africa, and Southeast Asia. Every origin is carefully selected for quality, sustainability, and fair trade practices. Our organic beans are grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, so what ends up in your cup is as clean and natural as possible. Our roasters work closely with trusted importers to ensure that the farmers behind your cup are treated with the same respect we show the communities we serve here at home.

Is the coffee roasted fresh for every order?

Yes — every bag of Code 3 Rescue coffee is roasted fresh when your order is placed. We never sit on pre-roasted inventory, because we believe you deserve the best cup possible. Freshly roasted coffee delivers a fuller flavor, richer aroma, and a noticeably better experience in the cup. After roasting, we allow a short rest period for the beans to degas before packing and shipping, so your coffee arrives at peak freshness and ready to brew.

Our tea collection includes classic black teas, herbal blends, and green teas, all sourced with the same care as our coffee.
